I’m the MD of the Mercantile Group and spend most of my time helping business owners to make their enterprises more profitable.
When I’m not working I’m playing tennis, thinking about playing golf or lusting after some of the exotic cars I’d like to own.
I’m a big fan of F1 and have been a petrol head from a very early age and remember going round The Motor Show with my dad collecting all the brochures of shiny new cars.
Although I live in Cambridgeshire now I’m a Londoner at heart, went to school at The City, went to work in The City and love going back there to try great new restaurants and just for the buzz.
My son qualified as a ski and snowboard instructor in Canada when he was just 17 and we love going there as a family – such a different experience to skiing in Europe, although many of those trips have been memorable too, especially Christmas in Chamonix!
